Emerald Symbols & Multipliers

How to Trigger

An emerald lights up below the reels. Once the reels stop, a second emerald may light on the right-hand side.

What Happens

The emerald below the reels marks a reel; the one on the right marks a row. The symbol sitting where they cross turns into an emerald, and then every symbol of that same type on the grid converts too. Converted symbols pay in any position on the played lines — they do not need to sit left to right. With the conversions resolved, a multiplier panel opens on the left of the reels and one value is drawn at random and applied to the emerald wins.

Multipliers

Red Rake publishes the full set: x4, x6, x8, x10, x12, x16, x25 and x50. The draw is random; no weighting is published.

Variants

The second emerald is described as lighting "randomly", so a spin can mark a reel without ever resolving a row.

Strategy

This is the feature that does the day-to-day work. Because converted symbols pay anywhere on a played line, a conversion of a low-value symbol across a crowded grid can out-pay a tidy premium line. Nothing here is player-controlled.

Sacred Scarabs

How to Trigger

The Beetle symbol appears only on the central reel and covers three positions. It has to land in full.

What Happens

The beetle splits into three sacred scarabs that lock into place and award three free spins. Every additional scarab that lands also locks and resets the counter back to three. The feature ends when the spins run out or when every position on the reels holds a scarab. At the end all beetle values are added together; beetles carrying a Minor or Major value pay that value, and filling every position awards the GRAND.

Multipliers

Minor, Major and Grand. Red Rake states explicitly that these are not progressive — their values are unaffected by your previous play or anyone else’s.

Variants

None published. The central-reel restriction means the trigger cannot come from anywhere else on the grid.

Strategy

A hold-and-win round in miniature. The reset-to-three rule is what decides the size of it, so the useful question is how many scarabs arrive early — a fast second scarab is worth more than a late one.

Osiris Wild Respin

How to Trigger

The Osiris symbol lands on the centre reel.

What Happens

Osiris expands to occupy the whole centre reel and becomes a wild. It then holds position while the other four reels respin once. Any combination the respin completes pays with that full wild reel in place.

Multipliers

None attached to the feature. The value comes from the lines the wild reel completes.

Variants

None published.

Strategy

A full wild reel 3 on a 30-line grid touches a lot of lines at once, which is why this one fires in the base game rather than being gated behind scatters. There is no decision to make — it resolves itself.

Mother Goddess & Hathor's Wheel

How to Trigger

The Mother Goddess symbol has to appear in full on the reels.

What Happens

A one-reel minigame launches with its own symbol set. It can hand you instant free spins, multiply your bet per line, or open Hathor’s Wheel. On the wheel you choose a colour before each spin. Match the result and the multiplier is added to your total and you may spin again; miss and the multiplier is still added, but the minigame ends there. The run continues up to a maximum of x100 on your total bet.

Multipliers

The wheel builds toward a published maximum of x100 total bet. Red Rake does not publish the individual segment values.

Variants

The same minigame decides what a following Free Spins Bonus Feature is worth — both the spin count and the multiplier applied to every win in that round come from here.

Strategy

The colour pick is a coin-flip, so there is no edge to play for. What matters is that this minigame sets up the free spins round, which is why a strong Mother Goddess result tends to be worth more than the wheel total alone.

Power of Horus Minigame

How to Trigger

A progress bar that fills after 135 non-winning spins.

What Happens

Every spin that pays nothing advances the bar and puts 0.075% of that spin’s total cost into a running amount. When the bar fills, the minigame opens with three spins and seven Horus wing symbols at the lowest win value, scattered across the reels. A special symbol can also land; it spins once and then stays fixed for the rest of the minigame, and if at least one arrives on a spin the remaining spins reset to three. After each spin the symbols merge into the highest-paying combination available, each symbol merging only once. Every merge is worth its base value multiplied by the accumulated amount, and the totals are added up at the end. Fill the reels completely and the GRAND lands.

Multipliers

No fixed multiplier ladder. Merge values scale with the amount the progress bar has accumulated from your dead spins.

Variants

None published.

Strategy

This is the one feature that rewards a long, cold session instead of punishing it — the pot is literally built out of losing spins. Short sessions will never see it: 135 non-winning spins is the entry price.

Pyramid Scatters, Wheel Bonus & Free Spins

How to Trigger

Silver and Golden Pyramids pay as scatters. Three Wheel symbols on reels 1, 3 and 5 open the Wheel Bonus. Three Anubis symbols on reels 2, 3 and 4 open the Free Spins Bonus Feature.

What Happens

Silver Pyramids pay for 3 to 9 symbols and multiply your bet by up to 100. Golden Pyramids pay for 3, 4 or 5 and multiply by up to 200. The Wheel Bonus win multiplies the cost of the line that activated it, rather than the total bet. Anubis symbols also pay a win equal to the cost of the spin on their own, without needing to sit on a line. In the Free Spins Bonus Feature every win is multiplied by the figure set in the preceding minigame, the round runs on special reels with no golden Scatter or Wheel symbols, and three more Anubis award the same number of spins again.

Multipliers

Silver Pyramid up to x100 bet. Golden Pyramid up to x200 bet. Free spins multiplier is whatever the preceding minigame awarded.

Variants

Free spins are hard-capped at 50 in total for a single feature, however many retriggers land. The round is played at the stake of the spin that triggered it.

Strategy

The Anubis route is the one worth watching, because the multiplier it carries is decided before the spins start — a big minigame result turns an ordinary ten-spin round into the best thing the game does.

Golden Pyramid3/4/5 symbols, up to x200 bet

Where These Numbers Come From

Emerald multipliers are published as x4, x6, x8, x10, x12, x16, x25 and x50. Hathor's Wheel builds to a maximum of x100 the total bet. Golden Pyramids reach x200, Silver Pyramids x100.

The free spins round is the one that scales, because the multiplier applied to every win in it is decided by the minigame that triggered it — before the first spin runs.

Sacred Scarabs reset their spin counter to three every time a new scarab locks, and the Minor, Major and Grand values on the beetles are fixed — Red Rake states they are not progressive.

Feature outcomes range enormously. A short Hathor run might hand back a single-digit multiplier; the rules put the simulated ceiling for any one spin at 1,333.33x the bet.

Buying the Bonus

Red Rake includes a Buy Free Spins button in the game rules, but switches it off in its own .com demo build. Availability is set per jurisdiction, so confirm it in the game info panel at your casino.

Where a Buy Free Spins button is offered, treat it as a stake-multiple bet in its own right rather than a shortcut — and check the RTP quoted for the buy in the game's own rules panel.
